It is no wonder that more than 40 world famous foreign movies have been filmed in Iceland, such as James Bond’s Die Another Day, Batman Begins, Fast & Furious 8, Journey to the Centre of the Earth, Noah, Star Wars: The Force Awakens – just to name few. Iceland has become Hollywood’s new favourite playground! Alerio Nordic has developed a Design Concept for film studios in Iceland with total area of 10760 m2, and consisting of three studios, as well as one three-storey film production office building.
