Requirements:
A university degree in transport or logistics is desirable
Preferably at least two years' experience in logistics with international transport (preferably sea container transport)
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Positive thinking and the ability to find solutions in dynamic environments
Analytical thinking, ability to analyse problems, data and processes
Responsibilities:
Composite and full cargo delivery to Scandinavian countries
Office logistics (organising small parcels, local deliveries, etc. in Latvia)
Close cooperation and communication with transport companies
Preparation of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, CMR, etc.)
Control of export/import documents (export declarations, seawybills, etc.)
Controlling and posting incoming/outgoing transport invoices, preparing reports
Cooperating with the warehouse, picking, packing
Promoting efficiency in logistics processes, finding solutions and improvements
